1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within Pakistan. Orders placed from outside Pakistan will not be processed at this time.

Processing includes order verification, quality check, packing, and dispatch.
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes:

π Other cities/towns across Pakistan: 3β7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or during peak seasons.
4. Shipping Methods
We use trusted courier services such as TCS, Leopards, BlueEx, and other reliable local partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, product type, and delivery location.
Actual shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Use the tracking number on the courierβs website to see live delivery status.
7. Delay Notifications
In rare cases of courier delay:

π Extended delays due to weather, holidays, strikes, or unforeseen issues may occur β but weβll keep you informed.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier attempts delivery but is unsuccessful (recipient not available):
β The courier will attempt delivery again
β You may contact the courier to schedule another attempt
β If the package is returned to us due to repeated failed attempts, you may be charged reshipping fees
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take full responsibility for products lost or damaged in transit.
π If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
We will either replace the product or issue a refund after verification.
